First startup of KDE application and printing on stdout

Is there any policy on what should be printed on stdout when KDE session
is started?
I have run into the following problem (see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=139025):
kinit and kwrited (KDED module) print some messages to stdout. If I run
KDialog as first app in session (might happen for example when kdialog
is run in Gnome), it starts the whole KDE machinery and these messages
are printed on stdout, spoiling kdialog output. So is this a bug in
kwrited/kinit (and they should print to stderr) or kdialog should not
use stdout for its output?
