KDE HIG: What do you do?

Diego, 

It seems like some of the issues you have are related to internationalization 
and translation as well.  I'm not too sure how i18n/translation works and I 
don't know any i18n/translators who are involved in these languages, but 
perhaps someone on these lists can comment on your concerns.  

Are these things which should be handled by the libs, or are there any issues 
which should be addressed at the time the interface is designed (hence 
included in the HIG)?
