KDE4: Home folder files deleted

I had the same issue yesterday. Only instead of 
just /home/kde-devel/kde/share/[applications, autostart], the home dir was 
completely deleted, including all dotfiles and the trash folder, etc.

There were error messages complaining about kio_file, so I guess there is some 
bug there.
