RPATH handling changed once again

I looked in the KDECMakeIntro Wiki article about RPATH. Could you please add 
some brief description as to what RPATH is, and how to know whether to use 
it? I'd never heard of RPATH before seeing mentions of it in this list in 
connection with CMake.
