I am subscribed to kde-commits, but only for branches/KDE/3.5/kdelibs, I could 
also read all of branches/KDE/3.5/ so that I will automatically see all 
changes...
If only mailfilter (Josef's script) would understand me...

In the meantime: Just CC me in commits if you want them in the ChangeLog.
