I'm wondering about the Java Recommendation.  I'm thinking that JavaScript is 
Recommended, while the Java VM is Optional.  There are JavaScript bindings 
and there are separate Java bindings.  Yes?  I think it would be better to 
split this into two lines, even if the decision is that both are Recommended 
(or optional) to avoid confusion.
