Removing icons from KDE 4 Menus

It is not about "mainly", it is not to drop 16x16 icons, especially if KDE4 is 
using SVG by standard.

Be it 2006 or even 2010, people will still uses old hardware.

Also 800x600 screens are still part of the KDE Style Policy (except if this 
point has benn moved to /dev/null)

Also, I repeat, they are people using 800x600, even if the hardware can do 
much more.
