image viewers: a different approach

Why not start an image viewer kpart like you start KHTMLPart now? An
external viewer is _a lot_ slower. For me the difference is between
instantaneously (for all practical purposes) and 2 seconds. And most of
those 2 seconds is not KDE's fault so there is nothing we can do about
it.
