image viewers: a different approach

Well in an embedded viewer you shouldn't need to crop.  Basic editing goes in 
the image organizer and image editor not embedded viewer.  Now if digikam 
used that kpart for its basic editing then it wouldn't be readonly and the 
crop would make sense.
