What happens with 3.5 code that's not in 4.0?

Last I heard, the people committing were responsible for forward porting 
to trunk.

Also, I think Coolo said he'll remind eveyr committer to /branches/KDE/3.5 
to backport his commits, by giving a list of the commit logs (I can whip 
up a script to help that)
