kio changes

In the audiocd ioslave the totalSize of the file can change mid way through 
the transfer of a file because of the variable bit encoding the initial size 
is guessed.  In the past the progress dialog would reflect the new totalSize, 
but in svn head (as of two hours ago) it does not.  Does anyone know if I 
shouldn't have assumed that changing totalSize would update the dialog?
