SVN: change defaults for line endings

Basically all my svn tests were on linux, while I should have done it on win32 ;(

btw, I've just done the eol-style fix operation on 
branches/kexi/kexi_0_1_branch/ with no problem. For now operations like e.g. 
file diffing between fat32 and linux partition, copy/paste and editing is ok 
as it was for CVS' times.
