CTRL+Y as shortcut for redo

It appears that Mac has the same duality for CTRL+SHIFT+Z and CTRL+Y like
PC's. CTRL+SHIFT+Z is used traditionally, while some apps (eg see
http://www.netbeans.org/kb/articles/mac.html) handles CTRL+Y.
