How many people actually tried the scons build scripts
for kdegames when i made it available ? Many projects,
like kdissert, abakus, .., use scons routinely for
building and installing by the way.

Also how many people got interested and tried to build
kdevelop with Neundorf's new CMake scripts ?

There are working solutions, it is now up to
developers to migrate their projects, or to express
their will to do so.
