Vanishing bug reports?

Last night I created my 1st ever bug reports (well wish list items really). 
Both were against Digikam, and the bug numbers are 106928 and 106929. 
However, if I try to view the reports at bugs.kde.org, an empty page is 
returned.

Is this a bug with bugzilla? Have my reports just disappeared into the ether, 
and should be re-created? Or have I just entered them incorrectly? Who would 
I contact about bugs in the bug system?
