still very much a work in progress, but getting there.

we certainly need some additions / improvements in GHNS for KDE4 ... such as 
paged browsing of all items in a repository (versus just the last N items), 
server-side vetting/validatin of items, user additions of non-default 
repositories ...

but we can discuss these things on the GHNS list i suppose.
