Yes, there's quite some stuff that was already discussed on kde-multimedia. I 
have an umbrello xmi file as well - though that file is quite broken by 
now. :-( umbrello seems to write associations into the xmi that are not in 
the class diagram at all or even changes the association type for one 
association I made. :-(

I won't work on this stuff in 3.x timeframe. And the start of an 
implementation in subversion is using Qt4/KDE4 already.
