[kde-artists] [RFC] "Documents Folder" icon in "system:/"

The "Documents Folder" had now been added to the "system:/" I/O Slave.

The icon for this is "folder_important".

While this is an existing icon name, I feel that it would be better to 
have a "folder_personal" icon for this important use.

I have made these for CrystalSVG and KDEClassic:

If there is no objection, I will add these to branches/3.5 and make the 
necessary patch to the code.

If we feel that it is necessary, I can also make them for: Ikons & Slick.
