You are accurate in your assumption. After 3.5 is out, actually earlier
since we want to work on Plasma, development will stop on SK.

We've replaced all of the strings with the i18n() macros. There may
need to be more done for internationalization, so please check over this
in case we missed something.
We've documented our python interface that is exposed to theme
developers, but not all of the .h headers. Is there a link to the
documentation guidelines that we could go by?
