This is a dead-end. As written freedesktop.org' mime type database also
contains the "IsAlso" property. I do not know if this database will be used
for KDE 4 or only in KDE 5 (or even later) but we must avoid to create
situations of conflict.
Properties of mime types will always be needed (as far as I know the database
does not even contain a hint for an icon).
