Creating a kde4 branch for kdebindings

I'd like to create an svn branch for working on Qt4 versions of the java and 
ruby bindings, and I just want to make sure I use the correct command. Is 
this ok:

svn cp https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdebindings \
 https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/kde4/kdebindings

Do I need to do anything else (perhaps for the admin directory), or can I just 
check out the kdebindings module in branches/work/kde4 and start working on 
it?
