3.4.1 kde-i18n's autogen.sh doesn't work

Look at scripts/autogen.sh - it copies needed files in the subdir. But as it doesn't have
any checks for libtool or compiling code in general, it would be a bug in aclocal to require
these files. So I guess your version is too old?
