[PATCH] Konqueror about

As I stated elsewhere, it is possible to change this so that if the 
'Documents path' is $HOME that there is no change, but if the 'Documents 
path' is something else that the title changes to User Files and the 
icon changes to something else.  I am using the "gohome" icon for now, 
but if we want a "personal_files" icon to replace it, I will make them.

So, you can evaluate this objectively, or think of a few other reasons 
that I am wrong.  I needed part of this for my system and I hope that it 
is some help to others.
