[patch] khtml bug 97749: mmb outside a focussed text field pastes text

Hello,

I want to solve bug 97749: middle clicking autside a focussed text field  
pastes text and starts mouse auto-scrolling  
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97749).

The code responsible for this behaviour (khtmlview.cpp Rev 1.562) is a fix  
of bug 65216: Buttons in forms do not show properly + other forms problems  
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65216). I can't reproduce the last  
one, if I comment out the fix.

Is it safe to filter out middle mouse button releases as the attached  
patch does?
