Just tested it with audiocd:/ with %2F inside the filename:
1) Konqui's list view and tooltip displays '/' (also for file:/)
2) the copy dialog displays %252F for source and destination (even for
file:/)
if I rip a file again
3) the "File Already Exists" dialog displays %2F and '/'
