I used Undo Move to Trash now. ;-)

There is a problem with this solution. I created using this technique
(before I wrote the mail), but in the context menu of the newly created
desktop file the "Empty Trash" entry does not appear. This is normal as
the created .desktop file contains only:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=mime_empty
Type=Link
URL=trash:/
as opposed to:
[Desktop Action EmptyTrash]
Exec=ktrash --empty
Name=Empty Trash
[Desktop Entry]
Actions=EmptyTrash
Comment=Contains removed files
EmptyIcon=trashcan_empty
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=trashcan_full
Name=Trash
Type=Link
URL=trash:/
X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel

That'd not solve the problem described above, just if the Create New
Link autodetects the "trash:/" case. Or if you add a separate entry
(under Link to Device?) for the Trash, but this may be just too much.
As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a trash entry in Konqueror
(yes, I know we have trash:/) in the Services tab. This could be also
dropped to the desktop to create a new trash icon.
