sane defaults

Hi,

this screenshot (http://www.kde-look.org/defaults/before.png) shows the 
default "webbrowsing" Konqueror if you start with an empty .kde directory. 
(CVS of today)

I think it would be embarrassing for KDE to ship a 3.4 with such a default 
configuration. It's arguable from an esthetic and an usability point of view.

I suggest to:

- Disable, at least, the "Document Relations Plugin"
- Remove the cut, copy and paste toolbar icons from the webbrowsing profile.
- Disable the ToolBarSeparator in Plastik.

Afterwards Konqueror looks like this 
(http://www.kde-look.org/defaults/after.png) which is IMHO a much better 
setup for a Web Browser.
