QPrinter/KPrinter default resolution

The PPD file for my inkjet printer defaults to 300dpi - I have to select high quality
on purpose. It doesn't make sense with normal quality paper anyway.

But printing in 72dpi doesn't make sense even for word processors I think. And
we shouldn't have applications that are meant to print that specify their fonts
in pixels. The only problem you can run into is that you lack scalable fonts to print
in 40pixels and above. But that days should be gone.
