[PATCH] 'Close KMDI Child Window' shotcut

By the way of my prev fix regarding KMDI: This is similar patch as the one 
sent in november: for win32, ctrl+F4 is proper shortcut for closing MDI child 
window. On !win32, behaviour is unchanged.
