kstars startup wizard fix: ok to apply?

Hello,

I got this bug report this morning:

When you select a starting geographic location in ths startup wizard, 
you don't actually get the city you chose.  This same bug used to exist 
in the regular Location dialog, which I fixed a while ago (but I forgot 
to propagate the fix to the startup wizard).  I have attached the patch 
to fix the issue to the BR.

Can I get this fix in for 3.4.0?  I know it's not exactly a showstopper, 
but it is in the startup wizard, so might give new users a bad first 
impression :(

Otherwise, I will just commit to HEAD for now, and KDE_3_4_BRANCH when 
it's unfrozen.
