[PATCH] nsplugins crash clean

I had been meaning to commit this for a while, but I waited until it was too 
late.  I guess I would be the one to approve this patch normally, so I'm 
sending it here.  It makes nspluginpart paint its background if a plugin 
crashes or goes away somehow.  Next release we should have some sort of 
notice or indicator here.
