wallpaper-providers.xml contains wrong date format

Checking the "Get New Wallpapers" feature, I found the release dates to be 
completely wrong (showing a date in the year 2935093 ... this was a bug in 
klocale which tried to format an invalid date - fixed already)

The reason is, that the wallpaper-providers.xml file contains the release date 
in the format "Thu, 20 Jan 2005 00:27:51 -0800" but it is parsed as ISO Date.

Who is maintaining this file ? Is it somewhere in the repository ?
Can we modify this file or do we have to modify the parsing code ?
