kdelibs 3.4beta2 make still broken for Openbsd

In other words, we've stumbled upon an undocumented function. It exists, 
but isn't declared anywhere...

Would you mind opening a bug report and mailing me the ID, so that I don't 
forget it, this weekend? I'll add a test for this function's declaration.
