:) Good idea, that you don't find anything where it belongs ;)
Kate == Editor == KWrite == KEdit, at least from purpose, therefor,
even if Kate maybe a candidate for Development, I don't think KWrite has 
anything to do with Office, KWrite != Rich Text Editor.
