If KEdit goes to utility, then KWrite should go there too. KEdit is supposed 
to be dropped as soon as Kate libs can do Bidi. So the sucessor of KEdit 
should be in the same menu,

(Also personally I am not sure why on one side Kate would be "development" but 
KWrite "office", especially that KWrite is not KWord.)
