Qt version for KDE 3.5

Before I make an error, I want to ask: for KDE 3.5, the miminal Qt version is 
Qt 3.3, isn't it?

(I am asking, as I have noticed that many changes that I have done or planned 
for KCharsets in KDE 4, can/should be done in KDE 3.5 too, as Qt 3.3 already 
knows many of the mappings by itself, "PT 154" is already not known anymore 
and some new encodings already exist (like ISO-8859-16 or CP 1258).)
