DCOP is already in its own module. libdcop does not depend on kdecore or any 
of the KNetwork classes. Unless an app uses those classes directly it has no 
need for that stuff - any app that does not interact with files (doesn't need 
KIO), and doesn't involve the network, fits into that category. There are 
many such apps.
