And there is visual feedback indicating what will happen after you release 
- - so it is easy to find out when to press the modifier key.

Concerning the other suggestion to also show these small icons when the 
popup won't appear for other reasons (only one action possible): Is this 
technically easy to implement, or would we have to change every KDE 
application for that?
