Hello Group;

I downloaded kdelibs-3.3.1 as a source tarball.  After several minor 
fixes (aRts, and directory locations) I have finally run into one that I 
have no clue as to how to solve it.

kdelibs-3.3.1/pics/crystalsvg/kde/Makefile fails.  It states
"../../kimage_concat ./cr22-action-kde- cr22-action-kde.png"
"Error: Could not read image."

../../kimage_concat is there and so are the images.

It seems that via "strace" that the end of file count is not being seen.
I have tried several modifications and ideas with no luck.

SuSE 9.0 and gcc (GCC) 3.3.1 (SuSE Linux) for information
