The patch against kdelibs/Makefile.am.in is created and tested after 
discussion with dfaure: 

-takes a list of excluded Qt source files matching 
'qfiledialog qcolordialog qprintdialog qurloperator qftp qhttp qlocal 
qerrormessage' and creates optional other-qt-messages.po in qt-copy/src/. 

-shows a note "remove the header from other-qt-messages.po and move to 
other-qt-messages.pot"

-after 'messages' step, there will be optional 'other_qt.pot' template.

Finally the patch will allow to move completely from .qm files for win32 (and 
one day probably also for macosx?) target. Loading of 'other_qt.po' will be 
added on KApplication initialization, which will replace qt_??.qm loading.
