Unfortunately not.
The script extractrc is not really XML-aware, it just parses the XML file as
text. So we cannot not find the parent element easily.
(Also extractrc is used meanwhile for all sorts of XML files, so hacking it
for example just for .ui files would lead to problems.)
The only step in the direction that I see that could be made would be to show
the name of the element (but for .ui files, it will be almost only <string>.)
