Request for feature removal: "Double-sized pixels" in icons

The "remove details" options could simply be an additional accessible icon 
theme, can't it? The Flat Monochrome theme has recently been announced on 
the accessibility mailing list (and on kde-look .org), and it could fit the 
bill quite well already.
