Moving kfilereplace to kdeutils

Is there any app that depends on kdeaddons? 
And regarding KDevelop & Cervisia, what is your proposal? Move Cervisia 
into kdelibs? I don't think there is a good solution in this case and 
you cannot force somebody to not use something useful just because it's 
in another module although it's better if this does not make the 
application unusable or even worse uncompilable. KDevelop also compiles 
fine if the Cervisia headers are not found, I believe just the CVS 
plugin is not compiled.
