KDE 3.3 Release Plan is up

No, not me. I sort of agree with the first paragraph, but not with keeping PIM 
4.x compatible with KDE 4.0 for the rest of KDE 4's lifetime. Reasons:
 - KDE 4.0 will be the first new major release. Bugs will be there in any
   case and some will only be fixable by introducing new functions (sometimes
   maybe because of BC, sometimes because of important missing features).
 - a dependency on KDE 4.0 means a dependency on Qt 4.0. We won't be able
   to use bugfixes/features in all subsequent Qt 4 versions.
 - only for KDE 5 we will be able to bring KDE PIM back to state of the
   art in KDE 4 (!) technology, and God knows when it will be necessary to
   break BC again after KDE 4.
I have already had the pleasure of being unable to fix things missing in 
kdelibs because of our dependency on KDE 3.2. It would also mean that KDE PIM 
4 would stagnate in certain areas (though this might not be the worst of the 
disadvantages).
