QWhatsThis for KInputDialog

Hi,

Yet another request for change in KInputDialog. The attached patch adds 
another static function with an additional parameter for QWhatsThis text. For 
reasons of keeping BC and API disambiguity the function is named 
"KInputDialog::text" and has only one more extra parameter that accepts a 
text to be set as a QWhatsThis help text. This function is meant to be merged  
with the current getText function or vise-versa in KDE 4.
