install krecentdirs.h

Hi,

is there any reason not to install krecentdirs.h from kdelibs/kio/kfile? 
Because I'd like to use the KRecentDirs::add() method when a file is opened 
from the cmd line to add the directory to the list. So that opening a file 
from the cmd line has the same effect as opening it with the file dialog. See 
bug:44326
