new kicker menu extension: konqy profile selection

The menu extension looks cool.  I have no idea what the fuss is about.
It's not like you're adding anything to the *default* kicker so I
don't see why it has to go into KDE Add Ons.  

It should simply be available with all the current "Special Buttons"
in Kicker.
