new kicker menu extension: konqy profile selection

I don't think so. If we plan to provide a trimmed down konqy for web browsing, 
we will not be able to do it with the main web-browsing profile. Too many 
people will complain about missing stuff. That's why we need to offer several 
profiles and we do this currently. But they are not easy to access (konqy: 
settings->load profile-> the_profile) so that they are probably more or less 
unused be not-advanced users. I hope this menu extension will make the konqy 
profiles easier usable.
