FindIncremental patch (updated)

Okay, I updated the FindIncremental (just before the freeze :) ) to be able to 
handle dynamic pages. It can now mark pages with are re-set during the search 
as dirty to make sure it won't jump back to pages which are changed and then 
return results which no longer exist.
I also made a few simple unit tests which are included as well.
