You were 100% correct. There was a bug (leading to a race condition) in FileCopyJob.
Actually it emitted result() twice (when using get+put, like in the ftp-to-file case)
Amazing that we didn't find this earlier.

Hmm, there are other issues... this is related to the (newly added) support for
direct-copy (ftp<->file), and broken resuming....
I'll finish debugging this tomorrow.
